For the launch of Hellmann’s mayonnaise in its new squeeze bottle, we brought back one of the most iconic sets from the Israeli cult comedy series HaPijamot - The Hamburgeri. We recreated the legendary burger joint and brought its famously unsuccessful owner, Gary Hamburgeri, back to life. After years of serving questionable food, Gary has finally found the one product that can actually make his dishes taste good. A nostalgic comeback, with a little help from Hellmann’s. The main commercial was created for television, alongside a series of new episodes for social media, written and produced in the spirit of the original show. They quickly took on a life of their own, sparking thousands of reactions and sending an entire generation into a full-blown nostalgia trip.
